Welcome back to Applejack Lane. Family and fun were the names of the game this Memorial Day weekend. Guy invited John up from Richmond to play in the Waynesboro Country Club Memorial Day tournament. cousins Leslie, Ben, and Meredith along with grandparents Shirley and Hal came for the ride. Brother Jim and wife Sandra joined us at lunchtime for a holiday barbeque.

She also brought me my great grandmother's dress with bustle and a baby coat and hat that belonged to my grandfather. That is another post.

Hi Joan, It is fun to spend time with family and we really need to do it more often. I got to spend some time with both of my two children and families that live close. Talked with the other one working in Louisiana today. He was just very busy. Does your new dog have some healer in him or her? She or he reminds me of one of the kids dogs that is a blue healer.
