A Few of My Favorite Easter Things

I am so excited to show you a few of my favorite Easter things from Applejack Lane.  I particularly like old and country things to display. Here are a few of my antique and vintage finds mixed with some new ones that I keep out all Spring.

My antique scales which I can use every season along with my new rabbit from  The Rusty Thimble...
An old German iron rabbit given to me by an uncle under a cloche...
A country rabbit made by a local crafter...
I just had to add the green bow...
No post lately would be complete without a look at my dough bowl of Victorian Easter eggs...
Another local  craft find with some brown eggs to boot...
My childhood Easter basket that is close to 60 years young...
One of my ABC plates ...
 A sterling bunny baby spoon...
Another country bunny with a brown wooden egg that my daughter gave me...
Merry Easter!

I am linking to Bargain Hunting with Laurie for My Favorite Things Saturday and Joan at Anything Goes Here for the Vintage Easter Blog Hop.

I love your Easter decorations. I have never seen anything like the Victorian eggs, are they porcelain? I love the cast iron bunny too. Thanks for visiting me, you are entered in my giveaway:>)

Hi Joan, oh you have some great Easter goodies, the basket...love these and all your darling rabbits. The antique German one is amazing! You need to do Marty's cloche party on April 2, and show these sweet things there also.

You have so many wonderful Easter treasures. I had a scale similar to yours, and got rid of it when I did a major clean of country & primitives (mistake). Thanks for sharing it all with us.

Those Victorian Easter eggs are breathtaking. I don't think I've ever seen anything like them before. How lucky you are to have such a treasure.

What wonderful Easter decor! You have some of the most charming bunnies I've ever seen. The Easter basket looks so much like the one I remember from my childhood-seeing it brought back a flood of great memories. Love the eggs in the scale and the beautiful eggs in the dough bowl. Thank you so much for linking this lovely post to Favorite Things. laurie

What fun to see your Easter things. I really like all the hand crafted bunnies you have. The Victorian eggs are most interesting. Very different from the eggs I have. Thank you for sharing all these great photos.

I love the glass Easter eggs and the German Iron Rabbit.

Thanks for being my first linker to the Vintage Easter Blog Hop! I was linking up myself to make sure it worked, but you beat me to it.

I was worried all week about it NOT working! Whew, it works.

Thanks for being a part of the party! xo Joan@anythinggoeshere

You have some really wonderful Easter things. I think I like your victorian eggs the best. Easter Egg baskets back then I think were made better then the ones of today. Take care.

Oh, Joan, you have so many lovely Easter things. I am in love with those Victorian eggs.....but then again I think I love the brown eggs just as much. How totally awesome that you have your childhood Easter basket! What a treasure! I have kept my youngest son's ( who is now 19) but for some reason I did not think to keep his two older brother's baskets.

Your post is a treat for the eyes and the heart. Happy Easter!
Elaine :)

Happy Easter!

I love all your wonderful treasures, both vintage and new! I so wish I had held on to my Easter basket as a child, but it's long gone. I happened upon this blog hop quite by accident and so wish I had known earlier so I could've prepared my blog. Maybe next year! Thanks for sharing.

Such a pretty collection! I love all of those lovely Victorian eggs...so charming! The bunny baby spoon looks exactly like the one my father had as a baby (and passed on to me)...you've inspired me to perhaps pop it out for Easter...perhaps on the buffet table with mint jelly...or??

Warmly,
Tracey

Beautiful assortment of festive ornaments you have there! I've never seen so many Victorian eggs in one place! I used to have two that were my grandmother's, but lost them in a house fire. Sure wish I still had them.
