I recently shared some "silver" ABC plates that I had collected. Today, I have a mosaic of glass, ironstone, and china plates in my collection. Two are identical except for color. One has a missing letter of the alphabet. I have shown the detail of one plate because there are actually two alphabets going around the edge-the second being the hand alphabet. Most of these plates are English, one is marked Germany, and one is stamped France.

They look wonderful as a mosaic! I have only had a few in my years as a dealer, but I always love them.
What a wonderful collection of plates. They make a great mosaic.
What a neat collection! A mosaic is a fun way to see them all at once.
Curious as to how big each plate is? Where do you store them, are they on display so you can enjoy them? They are all so very unique in their own way. I enjoyed looking at them.
Oh they are beautiful! What a terrific collection! Thanks for sharing at MM. :)
I have shelves in the keeping room that they are on. I see them and my other children's plates constantly.
Hi Mary!
What a pretty mosaic! Your collection of plates are just wonderful!
What a beautiful collection of plates. I am afraid I am becoming a collector of plates myself, I am always on the lookout for unique and unusual shapes.

What a fabulous collection of unique plates. And your mosaic shows them off so well. I like the ABC ones. Thanks for sharing the lovlies! Enjoyed viewing and visiting!
I love children's plates. It started when my son (now 34) received a set of Wedgewood dishes from his great aunt when he was born. Years later, I picked up another set at an antique mall for my daughter. Both sets are in a box....you've inspired me to get them out and display them!
I so loved your mosaic! Dana
This is an amazing collection! I can't believe one is missing a letter!
