Vintage Christmas Monday

It's another Vintage Chrsitmas Monday and Applejack Lane is joining Joan at Anything Goes Here for a fun party.  I am a collector of antique candy containers.  A few years ago, I attended a country auction and found a wonderful Santa candy container in perfect shape. Little colorful pellet candies were inside to treat good little boys and girls.

An advertising plate from Quicksburg, Virginia dated 1908...

Thanks for dropping by Applejack Lane.  I hope to see you again next week.

Oh the candy container is so nice and looks perfect. Do you collect them or just happen upon this cutie? Merry Christmas ~ Judi

I love that candy container. I would have a hard time putting him away after Christmas!

That plate is interesting, too. I've never even heard of Quicksburg. Is it in the Shenandoah??
