One Last Buzz of Summer

It's Outdoor Wednesday again. There is a definite difference in the air the past few days. I am afraid this is the last magnolia blossom of summer at Applejack Lane. I think the bees know it, too. They seem to be working as hard as they possible can to gather nectar before this bloom fades away.

Here's one busy fellow...
who is joined by two other buddies.
Visit Susan at A Southern Daydreamer for more Outdoor Wednesday fun.

What a huge magnolia blossom! Thanks for all your lamp suggestions... I do love antiques. You figured me out, huh? But so many of the old lamps are too small. These need to be about 3 feet tall. That's what stumps me!

Busy bees :-). Your photos of the magnolia and it's friends are terrific. I hope you are having a wonderful day.

I have been noticing the bees at the flowers right outside my door. They are working so hard!

Your magnolia is beautiful!

How pretty! The 2nd picture looks like the bees are part of the flower!! I got stung by one of the little varmints last week so I'm not too happy about seeing photos of them, but I'll get over it. I thought only kids got stung!!

Happy OW!! :-)
