My Blue- I Mean Pink Hydrangea

A few years back this started out as a blue hydrangea. Over the years, nature took her course, and now my blue hydrangea is pink! How appropriate for Pink Saturday! The blooms look fabulous in the cut glass pitcher, and I will enjoy them for many days to come!

Visit Beverly at How Sweet the Sound for more Pink Saturday.

Just beautiful Joan, just beautiful. Love this hydrangea. Moma has them every year. It is to hot out here in Phoenix to have one. You have a green thumb. Happy Pink Saturday. Country Hugs, Sherry

Happy PS, Joan! As much as we try to make our own plans, Mother Nature always prevails! I know you can "tweak" the color of blue and pink hydragenas. If I recall correctly, more aluminum for blue and a more alkaline for pink. I love hydrangeas in all colors. Yours is lovely!

Have a lovely weekend!

I love your pink hydrangea. I think that mine were blue when I planted them too. Right now they are brown. It has been triple digit temps here and they do not like the heat.
Have a wonderful pink weekend!

I love all hydrangeas. They remind me of my childhood. The ones in our garden are blue.

Happy Pink Saturday, Joan.

Another rainy and cloudy and dark weekend. I fear that summer is not coming to northern Michigan this year...sigh.

With that in mind, Pink Saturday is a day that cheers me up and allows me to share a wider world than my gloomy portion.

♥Thank you so much for participating this week because it made my day just a little brighter♥

I love hydrangeas! I love that they all can turn into different colors. I have always wondered how hard it is to grow hydrangeas! Thank You for sharing your Pink!
Happy Pink Saturday!

I would love to grow hydrangeas, but I think it is too hot here in my desert! Pink is a lovely color for hydrageas! Pink Hugs, Patti
